Tourism is NZ’s biggest industry – and one of the world’s biggest industries, too – so there are countless possibilities out there, both in NZ and abroad.

To give you an idea, here are some of the recent job postings from the ITC Job Board (applications open to ITC students and graduates only).

  • Sales consultant (travel industry) based at Auckland Airport.
  • Online customer support for a travel agency.
  • Customer service for a car rental company.
  • Food and beverage attendant for a leading hotel chain in the Bay of Islands.

  • Travel coordinator for a travel agency in Tauranga.
  • Travel expert for a travel agency in Auckland.

These are just a handful of the current jobs available – and new jobs are posted every week.

In addition to this list, you will also be qualified to apply for jobs with airlines, cruise ships, hotels, and other exciting companies.

Here’s where some of our graduates are working now.

  • Brooke Manak is working in sales support for GO Holidays.
  • Several students are working in the aviation industry, for companies such as Menzies Aviation, Virgin Australia, and Air New Zealand.
  • Michelle Coutts is working at Disney World Florida.
  • Rachel Beausang is working for Norwegian Air (based in New York).
  • Eileen Verona is working as a Sales Coordinator for Student Horizons.
