On my first day at the travel collage, I was super shy and nervous to interact with everyone in my class. I started off very introverted and didn’t really put myself out there and talk to anyone. As I got to know my class I made heaps of friends and became pretty close with everyone. I used to struggle with stage fright (or just anxiety) when it came to public speaking. My tutor Take (as we like to call him) made us all feel super comfortable and relaxed. He made sure we knew that the space was very safe and that there was no judgement. I can now proudly say that majority of my anxiety had gone and I’m pretty comfortable when it comes to talking to others and/or in front of a crowd. Take took our assessments slow and made sure that EVERYONE knew exactly what they needed to do in order to pass too.One thing I love about the area as a whole is when I show up to class i am immediately greeted by all the staff whether it’s a friendly smile, wave, or a “good morning”. The staff are all super nice and approachable and are constantly popping their heads into class to see how we’re all doing.Overall one of the best decisions I’ve made so far in my life. Each day is a new fun experience.

Studying at ITC was one of the best decisions I ever made. The tutors are amazing and so helpful. ITC is like one big family and everyone is always willing to help. I highly recommend doing the Level 5 Diploma to complete the full ITC experience. You will gain so much more knowledge in the Diploma to help boost your new career and not to mention how great it will look on your CV. At ITC you will make some great life long friends along the way too.

I really enjoyed studying at ITC. I found the staff we’re much friendlier and welcoming than other tourism places I went to view. The tutors are fantastic and super helpful. I completed level 4 and level 5 and wishing they had a level 6 to continue at the campus. I would recommend anyone to go here.

I have been working at a different campus but I know all tutors there are working very hard there genuinely to help students develop. Many tutors are very experienced in tourism industry. Very well designed inside with lots of tourism training facilities, too.
