What qualification do I need?
If you are new to the workforce then the New Zealand Certificate in Tourism Level 3 is a great starting point, followed by the New Zealand Certificate in Travel Level 4. If you are interested in management positions, then a Level 5 Diploma in Tourism and Travel Management is an excellent option.
