The Disney Cultural Exchange is relaunching, and we couldn’t be more excited.
The Disney Cultural Exchange has long been one of the most exciting options for ITC graduates, and we have missed it greatly while it has been unavailable during the pandemic.
But now, we couldn’t be more excited to learn that the Disney Cultural Exchange is relaunching!
This is a very limited relaunch for now, so it is only available through partner providers such as ITC. Here’s a little more about what it all entails.
The Disney Cultural Exchange
The Disney Cultural Exchange gives students the opportunity of a lifetime – the chance to work in a Disney resort overseas.
Since Disney is such a huge company, this exchange offers students the chance to work in a wide variety of roles, from being a Park Ride Operator, to working in customer service, and everything in between.
This opportunity isn’t open to everyone. Students must meet a number of requirements to apply, including:
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen
- Be 18 or older at the time of application
- Complete a certain level of education
ITC works with our students and graduates to ensure they tick all the requirements, and support them through the interview process – then cheer them on as they get on the plane to work with Disney!
With the support of the ITC Employment Consultants, ITC graduates have a huge leg up as we help them prepare for the application process. That’s why ITC graduates have so much success in gaining internships all over the world.
Getting excited for the Disney Cultural Exchange
This program relaunching is great news for everyone, and everyone is excited to see ITC students head away to work with Disney.
Joe Iglecia-Scholl, a recruiter for Disney College and International Programs, had this to say:
