New Level 3 Certificate dates available now!
Our course dates are filling up, so we added a new one! Here’s some of the crew from Christmas last year.
The New Zealand Certificate in Tourism with a strand in Tourism and Travel Level 3 is one of our most popular course options.
It’s a fantastic entry-level course for anyone looking to take their first step into a career in travel and tourism, and it covers all the basic information you’ll need to work in a variety of roles, from hotel jobs to flight attending, travel agencies to airports.
This qualification is so popular, in fact, that the next start date on February 12 for the Auckland City Campus is already completely full. That’s why we’ve announced another intake for this course at the Auckland City Campus, which will start on March 11 (and is already starting to fill up!).
Note that there are still some spaces left in the February Level 3 course at our South Auckland (Botany) campus, and just a handful of spaces in our February Level 3 course at our Whangarei (North Tec) campus (you can set up a time with ceri@itc.co.nz to enrol now).
New Zealand Certificate in Tourism with a strand in Tourism and Travel Level 3
This qualification is highly practical and hands on, with industry visits, guest speakers, and roleplays to best prepare students for work. It also covers specific skills such as travel requirements and documentation, customer service, and cross-cultural communication.
Students will learn about New Zealand’s incredible travel and tourism industry, with special focus on essential attractions and geography.
