ITC helped with both problems immediately!
One of our friendly team members was at the airport to welcome her to Aotearoa and ITC, and our fantastic courses quickly gave her the insight she needed to choose and chase a career. She decided on working in travel agencies, and her career since then has been an impressive journey that has landed her in her dream job (as Head of Operations, no less).

Michelle has over 21 years of experience in the travel industry and has been working for Harvey World Travel for more than a decade. ITC: Describe a typical day in your job – what is it really like to work for a travel agency?
