Here’s a pretty awesome option to consider: fees-free study with ITC. Yes, you could study airline, travel or tourism for free with us (terms & conditions apply), and become one step closer to getting an epic job in the tourism industry.

In the meantime, here are some more details about fees-free study at ITC.

What is fees-free?

Fees-free is a government-funded scheme that came into effect on 1 January 2018. It helps to reduce the overall cost of studying or training.

Fees-free may cover tuition fees, compulsory course costs, and compulsory student services fees.

Am I eligible?

If you’re a New Zealander who finished school in 2018 or a recent school leaver who has completed less than half a year of formal education or training, you may be eligible for fees-free.

It’s easy to check your eligibility: all you need to do is visit feesfree.govt.nz and enter your National Student Number on the homepage.

Can ITC help?

Our friendly team can assist you with the fees-free application process, as well as with applying for student allowances or student loans.

We may be able to:

• Help you check if you’re eligible
• Assist with student allowance applications
• Assist with your student loan application if you don’t qualify for fees-free
• Help with your enrolment at ITC
