We’re enrolling for 2022, and already seeing plenty of sign ups!
With the New Year not far away, many students are wondering what comes after high school. And many, as it turns out, have decided that it’s a career in tourism in travel!
ITC is already enrolling for our 2022 courses, and we’re excited to see so many young learners from around the country choose the International Travel College of New Zealand.
Our courses cover levels 3, 4, and 5, and provide a range of industry-recognised qualifications in travel, tourism, and aviation. Each course offers a realistic look into the industry, and provides the skills and knowledge you’ll need to get started in a role.

Why students are so excited to study tourism, travel, and aviation right now
Tourism, travel, and aviation has been through a rough patch, but anyone can see now that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel – and it’s brighter than the sun.
Our own industry contacts are telling us that major airlines are desperately hiring to fill roles. We’ve seen a massive uptick in travel and tourism companies here and overseas hiring and advertising their businesses. And we’ve excitedly watched as the world has opened up to travel once again, as we know that New Zealand isn’t far away from making the same move.
That’s why now is such an incredibly exciting time to study tourism and travel. Our courses are 20 weeks at minimum and two years at maximum, meaning that anyone who enrols now will be graduating right as the industry is well and truly booming again – which means plenty of jobs and opportunities for those with the right skills and qualifications.
Now’s the time to get on board, and the students enrolling right now know they’re going to graduate into a world overflowing with possibilities.
What our team has to say
Tutor Daniel Maine has been busy running info sessions for high school students who have taken short courses over the past year. He had this to say about the recent enrolments:

Most have enjoyed our fun short courses, listened to our Tourism presentations, or met us at Career Expos. The excitement in their voices whilst sharing their dream job within tourism is just that first step towards success! He added that students have shown real enthusiasm when it comes to getting started:
