Visits to tourism attractions and operators

Learning not only takes place at the College but also through our extensive field visit programme.

These field visits include cultural visits to the Marae at Orakei, the Auckland Museum, market research outings, visits to tour operators' offices and visitor attraction venues such as Auckland Bridgeclimb or Rangitoto Island. This programme has been especially designed with our students in mind and the field trips are hugely popular with all our students!

To see more many photos of ITC field visits become a fan of 'the international travel college' on Facebook.

The Americas Cup Village is an ideal venue for one of our visits, and during the Americas Cup students from The International Travel College played host to visitors as volunteer 'VIP's.' These 'Visitor Information Providers' formed part of a unique partnership programme between Tourism Auckland and the College.
